Wedding rental FAQ
How many chairs and tables will I need?
A rough rule: one chair per guest, and one 60" round table per 8 to 10 guests. See our guest-count guide for a full breakdown, or send your headcount and we'll map it out.
Do you deliver to wedding venues?
Yes. We deliver, set up, and pick up across Denver, Boulder, and the greater Front Range. Delivery starts around $45 and scales with distance and order size. Will-call pickup from our RiNo studio is available for smaller orders.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable; peak Saturdays from May through October book earlier. Last-minute requests are welcome and we'll do our best.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit holds your date and the balance is due before delivery. Our rental minimum is $300 before delivery.
